Beagles are high energy dogs and require stimulation to keep them entertained. Beagles are small dogs, with a typical height of 13-15 inches tall, and they commonly weigh 18-30 pounds. While they do shed, they have short hair that isn’t usually very noticeable. They should be brushed at least once a week to encourage new hair growth by removing older, dead hair. It is important to care for your pup by cleaning their ears, trimming their nails, and taking other health precautions. While this breed can take a lot of work to train, they are extremely loving and would be a great addition to your home!
